BSI recently partnered with Diamond Machine Werks, Inc. to introduce a patented dual view optical tablet counting system which includes a high resolution in-flight tablet scan to create a 3-D image that analyzes tablet volume and accuracy. It can distinguish between a complete and a partial tablet, provide totalization data to include counts of complete and partial tablets, and has the ability to reject or tag batches containing partial tablets. Tablet counting will never be the same.
